   My daughter kept going on about these hamsters, and after searching everywhere, finally got one in stock at Amazon. The hamster runs about, stops, changes direction, all the time making noises as he runs. My daughter finds this hilarious and keeps her happy for ages. When she picks it up, she presses his head and he goes into cuddle mode, whereby he stops moving and starts making noises every few minutes.

   The cats find it amusing as well, using it as practice for their nightly mouse hunt outside. All am waiting for now is the house and bed to become available at Amazon.

   These are selling out as soon as they hit the shops and have been featured as the must have toy this christmas. Although parents will no doubt wonder what all the fuss is about, the kids absolutely love them. All the girls at my daughters school are asking for them. Bought for her 8th birthday recently just incase couldnt get for xmas, and costing more than the real hamster she has already, what with all the add ons house,car bed etc they are quite funny to watch and work even on carpet. Just watch out for any cats/ dogs who will chase them !! My daughters favourite part is putting them in the little bed.

   Cat loved it for about 2min. Intresting toy but more ideal for children not pets
